By law, attorneys must adhere to the following laws and statutes: the Federal Attorneys Act (BRAO), the Professional Code for Attorneys (BORA), the Specialist Attorney Code (FAO), the Federal Fees Act (BRAGO), Law on the Remuneration of Attorneys at Law (RVG), and the Code of Conduct for Attorneys in the European Community (CCBE).
